I have two radios, one in each room. Both are always on 650 AM - WSM from Nashville TN. That station almost always comes in at about 6 pm till about 6 am ET. I listen to that station on the way to work too. It's the best station for a mix of the classic country and some newer bands. Plus they also play bluegrass too.
Bluegrass...I like.
Two or three country songs...
Radio out here is crap. You can pick up 5 country stations and 4 mexican stations at any middle of no where field in Texas. Couple of pop music stations. One good oldies rock and roll and soul music channel. One classic c*ck rock station. And one "alternative" crap version of what is supposed to be modern metal.
That is why I usually just blast my mp3 player loaded with all of the above plus, big band jump swing, reggae, and all sorts of wierd stuff.
Only listen to the radio when in the car..I like anything but rap and heavy metal...sick of the Xmas music already...lol
NPR, when I listen to the radio.
I'm in the UK and I listed to Magic, or Smooth depending on my mood with a bit of Classic thrown in from time to time.
It may be possible to listen online from outside the UK. If anyone is interested here are the links.

Can you possibly post the website of the radio stations - the official sites - so some of us not familiar could listen online?
