Hey man!

Thanks! I hope you do as well! Hope things are
going well in Texas. We had a nice Summer and
Fall here in Ontario, Canada. It's gonna be a lot
colder real soon though. :angry:

That's when I wish I could escape to the south or
southwest USA. :smile:

trust me i know the feeling
I'm right in the middle of a roof repair
And it rained before my roof could dry good
So now i'm hoping for a day or two of sunshine
But it dusted snow all around me last night so...
scared

Colorado is pretty cold in the winter too !

Sorry to hear about that! sad2

I remember when I lived with my parent's, we had a family
of racoons living in the attic. We didn't even hear them
until the guy doing our inspection had told us
they made a real mess up there. Probably ripped us off. laugh

I know in Colorado they get some snow. I've seen them on
the rocky mountains in pics. Bet you guys don't get sub
zero temps like we do in Winter. It can get close to
minus 40 up here in Winter. scared

Pity that Kik2me. Im a Roofer and would've done that job for you no problem. Only trouble is im in the UK and you're in the States. Did you manage to get it watertight in the end? Is it the whole roof getting done or just a minor repair? Any questions about the roof just ask me, ok? :smile:

Hey thanks pard i sure do appreciate your offer !
I am actually just doing part of it
I built the addition on my mobile a few years back
And it has sustained some damage from the seam leaking
Shingles are still fine i think
Re seaming it with some elastomeric roofing compound
And seems like it is going to hold pretty well
New roof time come spring again ...
