Liked metal for years. Just got into Satiricon, got their latest self-titled CD and Now Diabolical. Also love Slayer, Disturbed, Mastodon, Sepultura, QOTSA and Pantera.

Slayer are awesome, only wished i'd seen them before Jeff died. I have an argument with my daughter every now and then about our personal preference of the big 4. Mine is as follows
Slayer
Megadeth
Anthrax
Mettalica
What's everybody elses preference?

Ive been listening to turisas (viking metal band). They combined classical violin and accordion with some really growling lyrics. Incredible band. I you have heard them definitely check them out

Huge Metalhead since 1980! I run the internet metal station KXRZ The Razor before that I was at KNAC! Not gonna post a link but if you google KXRZ The Razor you will find a ton of ways to listen! We play it all! I grew up in the SF bay area thrash scene Exodus is god to me!! Thrash Till Death
