Just wondering how many punk rockers I can find on this website. If you're a punk rocker, post your favorite bands, or whatever you ****in want on here!

I am not a punk rocker as such but being over 50 I was 15 when it all kicked off in the UK. I actually did a 12,000 word dissertation for my degree, last year about Punk rock 76-78, the question being anarchy or just another capitalist venture.
My favourites are the Ramones, The pistols, Buzzcocks, Exploited and I have heard a bit of F****D Up who I came across during my research. I do not class Green Day, Blink etc as Punk etc although I have a couple of Green Day cd'S. I must say though I love metal in equal measure

I love oldies punk rock, post punk, and protopunk. I'm a huge fan of the clash, early butthole surfers, the stooges, mc5, sex pistols, the damned, ramones, black flag, dead boys, dead kennedys, husker du..

I have lots of fav's, but The Cardigan's, n No Doubt, n 80's music
