you forgot to meantion Iraq in your list, anyway Turkish,Saudi,Qatar gov send money , weapons , advanced IEDs (do you think a dumb terrorist- who can barely read - can make an advanced IED that has a cpu inside and will explode if a humvee is passing nearby?) there are plenty of documents confirms that Al quaida in iraq received 150 million $ in one month from KSA , Turkey and Qatar without meantion the saudi Nissans we catch everyday

US must learm form it's mistake ( creating al quaida ) , arming FSA is big mistake because they're the same face as Al-Qauida , the US gov started to make good decisions such as arming the Iraqi forces, refusing to Arm FSA( if i'm correct ), unlike France and some euro countries who have been sold their decision (FSA arming ) to the terrorists , belive me they will be the first target of the terror strike just like USA ate it , sorry if my news are outdated i've been busy with the terrorists in my country, i'll be deployed soon in a crossfire area.
