except me apparently...I do Taco Tuesday. That way I have an excuse to have 2 tacos instead of just 1. laugh

I cooked a pork roast overnight just for
the shredded meat for tacos :-)

It is, you simply canna go wrong with a pork roast
(shoulder or butt) put it on 200* overnight on a sliced
onion and a sliced head of garlic, (don't even have to
remove their skins or anything) just wrap tight in foil
and place in a covered pan.

I add a package of onion soup to it when I pull it out :-)
We eat it for a week.

Not even mine, it comes on the wrapped pork roast..
it really is very simple..and the meat falls off
(get boneless) and pork is cheap right now :-)

I am a pig when eating the pig.
