I am unable to reply to any of my msgs... it keeps saying ive entered wrong verification code when I haven't. . Been trying for ages :-(

Send an email as directed below:

"For anybody that has checked their spam folder to no avail,
please send an email from your registered email address
to the following address:

m2.support@nextc.com

Give your message "verification" for its title."

So, you would go to whatever email you have listed here:
http://mingle2.com/inbox/mail_settings
and send an email to: m2.support@nextc.com
with "verification" as the subject.

They will take it from there :-)

The easy way:

You would go to whatever email you have listed here:
http://mingle2.com/inbox/mail_settings
and send an email to: m2.support@nextc.com
with "verification" as the subject.

They will take it from there :-)

Each off-site email carrier has their own version of a 'spam folder.'
I have Hotmail (Outlook) so there it is called the 'Junk' file.
New/unrecognized things are often put there and labelled 'Junk.'
It is in the left column of your Inbox, if you have Hotmail.
If you find what M2 has sent you there, you merely relabel it 'okay'
and it will go back into your Inbox.

Also, and this worked best for me and others, I placed this
in my 'contacts' of my personal mail:
no-reply@mingle2.com
which expresses acceptance of any notification from Mingle2.
(Often your personal email will put notifications
in the junk email file.)

Day 3 waiting on a verification code...this is ridiculous after several attempts at sending direct emails with the subject verification & even changing my email address completely!
Ive tried everything! !!
