Not exactly true . On Friday at 10am, Est.( Washington DC), only 24 states had gay marriage as legal, & by 11am it was then legal in 50 states & territories... which brings up another BIG issue. Gay marriage does NOT make those 26 states & SODOMY laws,NULL & VOID.

Which was always an issue since 24 states did NOT vote in favor of gay marriage in the first place. Only a few states were given a choice. So ' sodomy ' laws still exist in some of those.

True.. I brought up 'Sodomy ' laws.
Because it not only relates to homosexuals but also straight couples & more religious beliefs & also divorce. And I cringe to think what effect this will have on CHILD abuse cases & the AGE of sexual consent & for WHAT type of sex act.
