The State/ Attorney General's office DECIDE if changes will or will not be pressed.
And each State (where the drugging/ assaults/rape occurred) still has the right to press charges, with or without the woman/ women.
* Same thing for non payment of child support.. blame the mom, for wanting what her children deserve*
Yes ,the statue of limitations has run out for some women, but it has NOT run out for those that were CHILDREN at the time. And each state that it occurred in has the right to press charges against him.

Some of these women have gone to police & even spoken to DA's & Attorney Generals... years ago, even decades ago.
And they were ignored, not believed, not taken seriously, or authorities were too cowardly to stand against Cosby.
The woman that are coming forward now, that did not before, are backing the other women & standing up for themselves & all women.
It is commendable & brave & could also be a landmark case for all victims of any kind of sexual assault.
If this is disturbing to some... oh well, perhaps it should be, because no matter who you are or think you are, or how long ago, your crime (s), of sex, drugging or having sex with anyone under the influence of anything.
They are coming for you.
By Cosby's own words, from his own court testimony, he is guilty of drugging women to have sex with them. So no matter what these women say, their lawyer, the media or society says... HE IS GUILTY.
