So can someone tell me, has he been found guilty in a court of law

no, its hard to depose a 78 year old man about what he did or didn't do in his thirties or forties (in detail) and non consent is equally hard to prove after that amount of time has passed.

he will probably die from the stress before any of it is brought to a court of law

Sure we do, & we care just as much as he cared about 38-40 white women, some of which were legally CHILDREN.

Bruce is a white but is " wantabie woman" , of legal age. So I'm sure he is safe.

I doubt he will die in pain, he has given too much to charity and done too much for too many for these has been women to deserve the satisfaction,,

and for the record, regardless of race(again?) I dont choose to picture any senior citizens sexually , nor do I choose to picture sexual activity with artificial bits and pieces,,,

so the combination, gets a double barf,, from me

And it would be hard to remember giving woman drugs under false pretenses or outright slipping them in their drinks, waiting for them to pass out and then raping them while they were helpless. Over 30 times ( at last count).

That would be hard to remember?

If I am not mistaken, There is no statue of limitation for rape in 7 states, New Jersey. My feeling is this is going to come into play in the very near future. As will the release of his full deposition.

Do I have sympathy for his business manager ..err. wife.. NO.

His kids and grandkids.. yes.

In my opinion, the victims have already won a big battle, not only in the public forum but also against this monster himself.

He's ruined.

Can't work, friends disserting him in droves, T.V pulling anything with his name on it, accolades all coming down, life long agent quits, theaters shunning him. Navy awards pulled, colleges taking his name down. Even Disney pulled a statue of him. I am sure the only person taking his phone calls now is his lawyer.. and only because he gets paid to take the calls.

Cosby led a life of wanton disregard for women, drugging and raping them at will. Total disregard for the damage he inflicted.

And he is now starting to pay up ;)

when one is promiscuous I imagine it would be hard to remember the names of all they have slept with,, especially decades after the fact,,, YES

when one is living in a party environment where people trade sex for favors or sex,, it would be hard to remember the DETAILS of specific such encounters three decades after the fact,, YES

when one meets HUNDREDS of wannabes a year throughout their career, it would be hard to remember the details of any SPECIFIC meeting with specific people three decades later,,,yes

he could have led a life of disregard for women, or he could have led a life of great risk running with opportunistic women,,, only they know,,,

According to lawyers & CNN, the statue of limitations has NOT run out on at least one woman. And Cosby may face charges soon.

A week ago it was " the Bill Cosby I know would never do that horrible stuff as she lashed out at the accusers calling them liars.

Now.. well now..her tone has changed to " yeah, he gave them drugs and then had sex with them... but they wanted it.

Wish we could fast forward about a month or so.

wonder what conversations are going on in the Cosby household between Billy and Cammy?.. somehow I am thinking his " warm and fuzzy" sweater will serve him well... mighty cold in that house right now.Lol

Didnt his 2005 deposition show that he admitted to obtaining quaaludes to give to women.....whether it was consensual or not? And has not his wife admitted to knowing about his cheating? Talk about trying to lipstick a pig.....

excuse me... He admitted under oath to purchasing the pills with the intent to drug women. His words. Don't try top spin it into sounding like he was at a party and some drugs were being passed around for all to enjoy. He left the house in the morning with them or took them with him on trips with one intent in mind.

That is pre mediated. He also stated under oath that he did not use drugs, meaning the 7 prescriptions ( at least) of the extremely strong (now outlawed) barbiturate drug were intended solely for his victims.

The vast majority of these women were drugged unconscious and raped not at the playboy mansion , but at his hotel or home. Lured there under false pretenses.

he did have them intending to give them to women, who accepted them
qualuudes have a long history, they were common in the sixties and seventies party scene,,,,, we could call all who used them 'victims' but thats not exactly the whole truth,,,,

the majority of these women accepted drink and or drug from him in some private situation and passed out,, whether they were 'raped' is something they only recently considered or alleged THREE DECADES later

I dont know what pretense there is when a man invites you to his room (hotel, or otherwise) alone at night and offers you drinks and drugs,,

Oh.I see, so the good Dr. Huxtable just happened to have knock out drugs with him just in case any woman felt the urge to be rendered unconscious for a few hours... public service.

And the time when he offered one victim something for her headache I guess he got the Benadryl and Quaaludes bottles mixed up.. hey.. it happens.

And the times when some victims woke up 1/2 dressed and confused, I guess the drug just fell into the drink.. he's such a clumsy guy Lol

now it makes sense.. I had him all wrong.. what a caring thoughtful man !
