How many have read their Constitution? Most would not believe some of the amendments established by congress.

29th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States

The target population shall not be higher than can be continuously sustained by proven reserves of domestic natural resources utilizing existing technology, or by trading such excess resources for others not available domestically. The whole world should give this one some attention. It is contradicting our heritage.

How silly. This is NOT an officially proposed Constitutional Amendment. It's another obvious joke. Or perhaps more accurately, all kinds of silly and insane Amendments get "proposed" all the time. However, 99.999% of them never even reach the floor of the Congress, even to get debated seriously.

Many of them are written primarily to get attention for someone or something else. Most of them are "serious" in the same way that fans "seriously" propose marriage to the movie star they have the hots for.
