Dallas police arrested and charged two men with capital murder Sunday in connection with the June 14 slaying of an Oak Cliff sandwich shop employee.
Anderson Jones and Christopher Miller are accused in the June 14 shooting death of Leonardo Ortega.
Ortega was closing the Subway sandwich shop in the 600 block of West Illinois Avenue when, investigators said, the two suspects were seen entering the store, then fleeing on foot.

Police provided surveillance footage in an effort to identify the suspects, who allegedly took cash from the register.
According to police affidavits, Miller, 35, claimed that Jones pulled the trigger, an assertion that was backed up by a female Subway employee who witnessed the shooting. Detectives said Miller has confessed to his role in planning and participating in the crime; Jones was not cooperative with interrogators.
Jones, 37, was being held without bond. Bond was set at $1 million for Miller, 35.
A couple more for death row, senseless murder.
