Just looking at the title of the article, I have to ask:
Who said life was fair? Because guess what, it isn't.
It's not fairnessless. It's lawlessness. Nobody cares who gets picked last to play whiffle ball. Having a car crash and asking for help is not home invasion. Being seen walking unarmed and losing a one sided game of tazer tag when you're already in shock from a horrific crash is NEVER a reason for someone to be gunned down DEAD. That is amateur vigilanteism at best. This is proving to be policy that skips Miranda Law altogether when the suspect is black. It's not happening to Asians, its not happening to eastern Indians.
What would you do if a black man ran towards your car with a gun drawn and reached for your door to pull you out? You're not armed, you're driving slowly through your neighborhood. The guy pulls you out of the car and you struggle with him over the gun that goes off in the struggle. He never identiftied himself as an undercover Policeman. Would you fear for your life? What if it happened to your son or your brother? Do you think they would fear for their lives in that situation? Would you be upset if you survived it and had charges filed against you or them?
