NEW YORK (AP) — New York City lawyers have asked the Rev. Al Sharpton’s daughter to preserve photos she posted online of herself hiking amid a personal injury lawsuit.
The New York Post reports Saturday the attorneys want all posts and other communications detailing Dominique Sharpton’s “mobility, activity or physical limitations.”
That’s because Sharpton claims in a lawsuit that she suffered permanent injuries after spraining her ankle on an uneven city sidewalk last December.
The recent social media posts appear to show her hiking on various trips.
The civil rights leader’s daughter works for her father’s National Action Network. A NAN spokeswoman didn’t immediately return a request for comment.
*******
Sue the city for $5 million for a devastating ankle injury.. then go mountain climbing... the NYC legal department is going to rip her apart. No comment from NAN.. or Dad... what a shock.
On a positive note, it appears the Dad's moral genes have successfully passed on to his daughter.
