Parents should feel responsible when they let them run the streets and break the law.
last I checked , parents dont paste their kids to their side,,kids do go OUTSIDE and make decisions about what to do,,,,
and still doesnt answer whether a parent should grieve any less over a child that has made poor choice,,,,
