Hurricane Joaquin: Category 4 storm is unlikely to make direct landfall, but forecasters are warning of flash floods from historic Charleston, South Carolina, to Washington, D C., and officials in Maryland, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia are bracing for the worst.

I could see myself that Joachim wasn't moving north at any rate at all, all last week. So every time some reporter claimed I'd need to duck in cover the next day, I knew they were just drinking the wrong hooch on the job.
