By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including section 1 of the International Organizations Immunities Act (22 U.S.C. 288), and in order to extend the appropriate privileges, exemptions, and immunities to the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL), it is hereby ordered that Executive Order 12425 of June 16, 1983, as amended, is further amended by deleting from the first sentence the words "except those provided by Section 2(c), Section 3, Section 4, Section 5, and Section 6 of that Act" and the semicolon that immediately precedes them.

Again. Look at the document. It updates another Executive Order issued in 1983. Are you at least willing to admit that Reagan was President in 1983, and hence this is an edit to a Reagan Executive order? And a somewhat mundane edit at that?

i don't get your point.. as i've already noted, they pass bills/EO all the time, knowing they will quietly amended in the future... is this just a misdirection, trying to blame repubs, as the libtards do so well?

My point is, that if you want to address a problem, address it accurately. The claim being made in this thread, is that the Obama Administration, by themselves, are using Executive Orders to force foreign police on us. The evidence presented proves that it was Reagan who issued the order which was being amended, therefore anyone who claims that this evidence proves that Obama is to blame for it all, is either refusing to read their own evidence, or is lying for effect.

My own personal suspicion is that NEITHER Administrations actually tried to arrange for foreign police to gain direct authority here, and that the whole mess is yet another paranoid freak out by people looking for reasons to get upset.

No, hold on now... Something important has changed.
1. The executive order (EO) was signed by the current incumbent President. He's a Democrat, using the AUTHORITY, given to him BY THE PEOPLE by way of RE-ELECTION, precisely as laid out by our founding fathers in a little known document called THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES.
2. The original EO was signed by a REPUBLICAN when Obama was a child, thus completely absolving him of CREATION or IMPLEMENTATION of this 'phantom� polis forze' that could potentially track their French bulldogs oily poo footprints on the constitution.
3. This EO and the original both make reference to a RATIFIED ACT (a Bill that was MAJORITY VOTED INTO FEDERAL LAW by CONGRESS) [hence the U.S.C. {UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION} between the 22 and the 288] that was RATIFIED long before Obama got ELECTED.

What does all this mean?
1.Your 'phantom� polis forze' doesn't exist. and
2. Interpol's legal right to operate on U.S. Soil was part of the CONSTITUTION before, not after, Obama became President.

Of course by 'your' I mean 'their' but Executive Orders are kinda important.

"Strong Cities Network" is just cities creating a network...to share information and practices with each other, not give up their sovereignty to a global police force.

International crimes aren't allowed in the U.S. Because no international criminal would ever cross our borders or land at our airports. It really doesn't matter. Interpol is nothing more then an information sharing clearinghouse for member law enforcement agencies. No law enforcement working for Interpol can make arrests outside their own country.

INTERPOL IS NOT A POLICE FORCE. They worse they can do is send out a Red Notice to all member countries on someone which is merely a request to Arrest and hold for the country that has the person hsd outstanding Major Arrest Warrant's in.

Who was President in 1983? Forget political party, forget blame just give us a name so the CREDIT can go to who DESERVES it. Credit being positive, going to the CREATOR of the original EO.
