if and when, the public can get some these sadistic police officers into a court of law, subject them to a mandatory sentence of 20 years in federal prison, upon conviction by a jury, of abusing their position of authority through the use of excessive force or brutality....a difficult task, to be sure.....but having a law, such as this, on the books..
may cause them to rethink training practices and their theories on how best to
serve and protect the public...
