Thanks to the publicity of a street attack posted on Facebook, a miserable Atlantic City thug who walloped a 45-year-old homeless white woman is now in jail on a $100,000 bond.
According to The Press of Atlantic City, a Facebook user uploaded a video to his timeline on Saturday that showed the thug, Ibn Hunter, 25, taunting and then smacking a homeless woman in a public park so hard that she wound up on the ground unconscious.
“I ain’t gonna do what?” the thug could be heard on the video asking the poor woman. “I ain’t gonna grab you? I ain’t gonna do what?”
Hunter then looked at the camera for a second before he raised his leg and smacked the woman with the force of a hurricane, causing her to fall backward onto the ground unconscious.
“Bing!” yelled whoever was recording the video, laughing. “It’s over.”
Hunter then looked back at the camera and said, “This (expletive) got (expletive) up saying I’m not gonna smack her.”
“So any of you (expletives) talking that stupid s*** is getting smacked and knocked the (expletive) out like that,” he continued. “I ain’t playin’.”
Unfortunately, nobody around the woman did anything. They neither came to her aid nor gave Hunter a taste of his own medicine.
The video can be seen below, though we must warn you that it is very graphic:
The good news is that whoever uploaded the video — who could admittedly be the same jerk who gleefully recorded it — gave the police all they needed to find and arrest Hunter, who it turned out is a longtime criminal first arrested at the age of 15 for possession of cocaine.
The disturbing news is that the thug would have gotten away with his despicable behavior if the video of his actions not been shared on Facebook.
Now, this woman was in no position to fight back with physical strength, the way some victims can. But can you imagine how differently this whole situation would have turned out had someone, perhaps even the homeless woman, been in lawful possession of a concealed weapon?
