I couldn't remember them all actually I know there is a whole chain. I have kind of forgotten which ones to look out for down in Oregon and Washington along with Northern Cali.
I now get a wee bit concerned when Spur, or Redoubt decides to belch or kick up is heels.
Since they have erupted a time or two and we have been blanketed with ash..
there's lots in the Aleutian Islands, seems like there's more quakes there than anywhere else on earth...
Yes I agree yet the Aleutians are so far away from me that Japan or Hi would be in more danger IMO. Yet Alaska has earthquakes so much we kind of just go yup another one.
There was one day in September we had 3 while I was having Am coffee and I wasn't all that impressed...
They just don't get reported like they do in the lower 48. You are probably more aware than most Alaskans are since it is such away of life for us up here.
i just notice it because i look up earthquakes all the time, and Alaska always seems to have the most circles... they never really say anything on the news about them...
