So after saying for a couple years now that the U.S. will not put boots on the ground in Syria, the WH announces 50 specops troops will now be deployed with 'vetted' fighters opposing the Syrian regime.

So after talking about how bad the Syrian government is for a couple years, dropping a couple bombs a day on ISIS for a year, spending half a BILLION dollars to train 6 guys who actually went and fought ISIS instead of the Syrians, and now finally throwing a few (50) troops at the problem, Obama completes the most half-a$$ed application of U.S. resources to any conflict in maybe the last 50 years.

Just wondering if U.S. aircraft are going to fly top cover for operations involving U.S. troops? If not, it's gonna be REAL interesting when a Russian bomb, dropped from a Russian aircraft, kills a U.S. soldier. Conversely it will also be interesting if a U.S. warplane drops a Russian plane out of the sky because it was acting in an aggressive manner towards U.S. ground troops.

Maybe I need to revisit that WW3 survival checklist......

ermm not to clued up on whats really going on in those places..but..why are there people literally filming a bomb going off??i dont mean servaliance cameras or head cams on either side..there was some sort of camera man/woman taking a picture the other day when some sort of disaster was happening..facing them..but out of the way of harm????

BREAKING: European Country Drops Bombshell About Obama's Mental Health Says It's Time to IMPEACH

The state of President Barack Obama's mental health is often challenged, although not always seriously. But it looks like one of the latest people to doubt Obama's ability to run our country was a senior diplomat with a European Union government.

John Schindler, a Daily Beast columnist and former National Security Agency intelligence analyst and counterintelligence officer reported that a European Union diplomat suggested Obama is quite mentally unwell and inquired about impeachment in the U.S.

Schindler posted the remark to social media Monday where the diplomat apparently suggested that his or her government believes Obama is ill-equipped to handle his duties as president and should be removed from office.

While it is one thing for many conservatives to question Obama's mental state it is quite another for a EU diplomat to do so. Additionally, when a former NSA analyst publicizes this information, it might be time to take notice.

The European Union government website listed at least 24 countries from which at least one told Schindler they believed Obama was quite mentally unwell.

These countries include Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

This is quite a list and it might make you wonder just what this diplomat knows and just how bad things could actually be.

Had a senior EU diplomat, old friend, ask me today, "How does your impeachment work? My government believes Obama is quite mentally unwell."

Wasn't the problem Obama saying "there will be no boots on the ground!" and then sending in special forces to train local forces.

Obama just pulled back (supposedly) the secret "no boots on the ground" troops that were operating in areas the Russians were bombing.
He's now sending the special operations troops into areas the Russians aren't bombing.

So, if the Russians decide to change their plans and start bombing areas the U.S. has now declared itself to be performing operations you might want to worry.

It would be interesting to find out which particular anti-Obama people complained that he wasn't doing enough about Syria, to see who will admit that they hate him when he DOES do what they want, just as much as when he doesn't.

One thing the "anti" people of the world all have in common, they implicitly believe EVERY allegation from ANY source that supports their preferred illusions, but become suspicious and skeptical in to a fault, about any data which opposes them.

Most of this thread so far, is anti-people fantasization. Neither useful, nor functionally informative.

By the way, I personally have a very low opinion of Obama's management of foreign policy. I think that aside from managing to avoid the international condemnation for suborning torture that his predecessor managed, he's done an over all terrible job. Mucked up Lybia, Syria, Russia and the Ukraine, China.

However, I don't condemn a leader for changing course when circumstances warrant it. That's what a leader is SUPPOSED to do. Is this particular course shift a good one? I wont know for a while. SO far, it's just a point of petty political parsimony for his opponents to slap lips about.

i don't want to be disparaging (ok, i lied)--but the thing is that everywhere you look some moron is complaining about how stupid obama is. i am so fed up listening to people who have probably never even been to a PTA meeting about their children much less ever been to any governmental functions--and who have no idea therefore just how many morons act the same way. the thing is-when they go run for a city counsel seat or a county seat where they live and 99% of the problems for the government are caused by useless morons just like them--then they will have the right to ***** about anyone they wish--but i would bet anything they would never do it again...

I see Obama on the news frequently. There isn't anything there that would indicate he has some form of mental illness which hasn't been there for a very long time.

If you make a list of how some foreign country might want to destroy the United States through bankruptcy (like we did to the USSR), flood of immigrants, eliminate the Constitution as an institution, brainwash the children into hating the values that made the country great, eliminate the military as a world power, ruin the economy, reduce the education and employment of the average citizen, promote socialism, destroy capitalism, etc...

If Obama was an enemy of the United States, he would be a genius.

There won't be 50 special ops in syria its non sense talk all talk. Moscow n syria already reponded. Its against international law. Funny is usa saying oh we have "NEW" moderate rebels we want to train and arm. 50 usa troops in syria russia n syria have every legal right to take them out as invading trespassers.
