Its all over local forums here....word (or rumor)
is that one of the moonlighting marshals had
an ongoing beef with the man driving the car.
Wish I had a link buts its all heresay

Referencing this....the father's fiancee claims one of the shooters had bren contacting her on Facebook and had been showing up at the house shared by her and the surviving victim....

This get's even better. The one has four law suits against him already for abuse of force and his did is the Chief Prosecutor of the DA's Major Crimes Unit. Every things so F-ed up in this town that they now have the Attorney General taking over.

They already can with the murder of a child under the age of 12. Maybe the current charges will be upgraded.

I believe they have to be able to prove intent to make it a First Degree or Capital crime but I maybe mistaken.

i don't think it can be a capital crime, the motive was wasn't there... if anything, the lovers thing just might make it a mental issue...

No youre right...just looked at the law. Specific Intent has to be proven.

Numerous rounds fired by the constables, is proof of intent.
