Debtors prisons violate the very concept of the founding of this country.
They also violate constitutional law.

Where are the arrestees to be 'detained',?
And, didn't president Obonzo "promise", that student loan debt would be forgiven, after a set time?
that's why they tell you to show up in Court,if you don't,then you will be jailed for Contempt Of Court,not for the Debt you owe!
Then the Judge orders you to pay,if you don't,or can't,it's Contempt again!
Racket has been going on for awhile now,mainly perpetrated by Collection Agencies,seems Uncle Sam has caught up on it as well now!
