Serving president means who is still president And I think it's Robert mugabe of Zimbabwe 90 years old then followed by Queen Elizabeth ll 89 years

Yes we know what serving means, you said saving and you did not communicate which country. Lots of presidents you know. Your typing caused the confusion. Better luck nextime. And your wrong on both counts. Presidents are elected by the people. The Queen is not. Robert Mugabe is a dictator. He can call himself a "president", but he is not. Sry.
