Definition

The legal definition of the crime of "incest" in Las Vegas, Nevada, is when two relatives who are closer than second cousins (or cousins by half blood) get married, have sexual intercourse or commit adultery. The purpose of incest laws is to discourage inbreeding, which leads to a greater chance of birth defects.

The Nevada crime of incest is different from sexual assault (also called rape). Whereas incest is illegal even if the two people involved are consenting adults, a rape charge cannot stand unless it involved a victim who didn't agree to the sex or who was a child at the time of the sex.

It is possible for someone to be charged with both rape and incest for the same act. For instance, if a father has sex with his adult daughter against her will, he commits both rape (because she didn't agree to the sex) and incest (because they were too closely related). Youre implying, I think, that you wouldnt be surprised if, in the near future, that incest will be viewed by society as ok....based on how fast homosexuality got accepted.....

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – A New York man admitted Monday that he’d posed as a teenage boy on social media to trick his own 14-year-old daughter into sending him naked pictures of herself, according to media reports.

The man – who wasn’t named, because doing so would identify the daughter he victimized – pleaded guilty to 12 counts of enticing a child to producing child pornography and receiving and sending child porn.

Court records reportedly show that he later used the photos as leverage to begin sexually abusing his daughter.

The man reportedly set up accounts on Instagram, AOL and a texting service under a fake name, pretending to be a 16-year-old boy from a neighboring town.

The girl sent him explicit pictures but soon decided to break up with him, prompting the man to threaten to show the pictures to her father.

Himself, in other words.

“I told you that a bunch of times when we were dating that I don’t like those pics and now you are threatening me that if I don’t send you those then you’ll send my dad the ones I sent you before?” she texted. “My life is ruined.”

At another point, he told her that he wouldn’t show them to anybody – on the condition she sent more.

“You said that about the other one and now you’re threatening to send it to my father, who by the way will kill me,” she texted back.

Court papers say the man led the girl to believe the fake boyfriend had committed suicide by sending a text that claimed to be from the fake boy’s mother.

The man faces up to 250 years in prison.

We have a sicker one here in N.Y.C.

A father called the cops to report that 4 teenagers grabbed his daughter and pulled her into a school yard and raped her one night last week... as he ran off to get the cops.

After the cops arrested the 4 teenage boys and in digging into it more, the cops found out that the girl ( and father) consented to it and the father also had sex with the girl... his daughter

he is in jail... sick bastard

I remember hearing about that a few months ago, or maybe it was the one with father running off while the daughter got raped in Central Park.

Yup, those leftist cities sure are safe.

I know how they deal with people who lie to law enforcement out here. They get hit with obstructing, providing false information to avoid prosecution (yes, that's a real Felony here in Nevada and I've seen it used many times), Lying in an official document, filing a false report and many, MANY other charges they can stack on someone :smile:
