This is ridiculous. A Muslim woman is suing Kotex for $1.4 million because she claims a tampon cost the girl her virginity. You couldn’t figure out using a tampon might break a young girl’s hymen?

Seriously? Kotex should not have to warn over something so obvious. Toxic shock, yes… deflowering, no. Fatima Ushban, mother of five and recently immigrated from Indonesia, believes the company has tarnished her young daughter’s body. In the Muslim community this is a catastrophe as a girl must be a virgin when she is married off, or she is basically considered a whore.

Simply unbelievable…and Obama is bringing these people into America by the hundreds of thousands.

An Idaho woman is suing the Kotex company for $1.4 million dollars after she claims one of her daughters lost her virginity while using a tampon.

The family’s attorney claims the product’s packaging did not issue any warning about the possibility of losing one’s own virginity while using the product.

“Why is there no warning that a women’s hymen can be broken when the tampon is inserted into the vaginal region? This is the question we ask” explained Ben Ali Mufta, the family attorney. “The breaking of the hymen and resulting loss of virginity of my client’s daughter will have dire consequences for this young girl for the rest of her life,” he told local reporters. “This is a tragedy that could have been easily prevented had the company taken its responsibilities,” he acknowledged yesterday.

In many Muslim cultures, a cloth showing her virginal blood be shown as “proof” to the village after the marriage is consummated.

But this is not a Medieval village, this is 2016 America…and Americans are wondering if Muslims can ever assimilate with beliefs like this.

“Who will want of my daughter now? Her body has been defiled, she is dirty!” she told local reporters in tears. “What will I do with her? Who will want to marry her now?” she asks about her 11 year-old daughter, visibly distraught by the whole affair.

I am seriously concerned for the welfare of this child. Officials in Idaho, please take note.

Local imam, Yasaf Budut, claims the use of tampons is not allowed by Islamic Sharia law:

“All forms of masturbation are prohibited by Islamic law,” he acknowledges. “It is offensive to have this cotton inserted fully in the internal part of the vagina, because it resembles masturbation,” he explains. “The Quran is clear about this: make not your own hands contribute to your own destruction,” he warns, in hope that other young women will avoid such “dangerous and immoral” practices.

Um, what? That is beyond insane. Injury, accident, playing sports, riding a bicycle, penetration of any sort such as a medical examination, use of tampons, or a douche can all break a hymen.

If you’re ignorant of these basic scientific facts, perhaps it’s time to set your watches forward 1,400 years.

What someone else believes and values culturally is their business,until it begins to impact on me.At the heart of this story is money.As I stated in an earlier post,the girl is still a virgin.I doubt if there are many people in countries which have accepted large numbers of Muslim refugees would talk about the benefits they have received from accepting these refugees.Large numbers of migrants to any country have often brought problems e.g. Mafia from Italy,South American drug cartels,Triads from China but by and large the majority of countries have benefited from accepting migrants and refugees.The difference is that Muslims are united by a political ideology which plainly states their agenda is to convert the world to this ideology.The moderate Muslim may state that this is not the case but as long as The Koran is their guiding influence that is their ultimate goal.One could say that the aim of Christianity is to bring the Gospel to all men but it doesn't instruct its followers to decapitate those who reject the Gospel,in fact it says to love your enemy.I know who I'd prefer knocking on my door even if I have a sign saying "no religious callers" on my gate.

I can only speak for myself,my response was directed at Blondey's post.My criticism was leveled at the political ideology of Islam and drew a comparison with Christianity which has a similar agenda (to convert the world to its way of thinking) but with a different methodology and consequences.There was a time when Christianity wasn't too far removed from the methods used by Islam but the Christians were acting contrary to their teachings.Islam is following the teachings of The Koran.

People will sue for anything... That long piece of paper that you find inside the box pretty much covers everything that might happen. Not their fault that people don't read before they sign something or use a item.. And to get past all that just google it and get the main reactions that could happen by using the product.

I agree, it's another of the endless series of lawsuits that I'd probably toss out of court if I were emperor of the universe, but come on.

And the idea that EVERY Muslim consults an Imam for expert Islamic guidance before taking any action such as this is outright nonsense. Imaginary.

I wouldn't say Obama earned or deserved the Nobel Prize. The guy wasn't even in office yet, he was still in transition when his name first got floated for it and was only in office not even a couple of months then he was nominated for it and then finally awarded it a couple months later.

He wasn't even in office a full year! He did nothing before becoming President to deserve it either. He was only a United States Senator for two years and 90% of that time he spent running for President, even before he announced!

There are only a couple of reasons he could have possibly been given that award (he certainly wasn't awarded it since he in no way deserved it). One was the Hippies that run the Nobel Committee figured they could give Obama the award and pressure him to get out of Afghanistan and Iraq and not using the term radical Islamic terrorism and guess what, it worked. Not to mention the Liberal Elite that rules the Nobel Commission practically handed him the Award.

The guy spent a total of two and a half years in public office and 2/3rd's of that time he was campaigning for President.

There has never been anyone less deserving then Barry for this Award. He has lowered the standards and diminished the award. Up until he was given the award it actually meant something. Now it is tarnished.
