aaahhh We have first "dibs"

* soaked for 15-20 min. in vinegar & sauce and it will be Great waving (no more cooking, just put it on top of the stove to cool)

Get a timer seems the older I get time just eludes me at times and I get side tracked when I'm cooking as well.. Timer has saved many a meals lmao~~~:thumbsup:

Yep...timer on my cell phone has saved many meals for me in the last cpl years. Damn you old age! laugh

First of all, brown the meat at the beginning, not the end.

Cut off the burnt parts and eat the rest.

Get a crock pot. It is foolproof.

Learn to make Texas BBQ. Your life will improve.

Crock pots are great. Fantastic for roast.
Brown meat first. It keeps the flavours locked in.

Realise what you did wrong and don't do it next time.

Watch it more closely. Reduce the time of cooking.

also invest in a timer and crockpot..
