Larsi, I know you talk about your cats a lot. That's cool. I think that a lot of guys don't like cats, or didn't grow with them, or don't understand them.

When I was a kid, we always had dogs and cats. They got along with each other.

for everyone out there, I have a black rescue cat, Zeke. He was in a no kill shelter for FIVE years. He is happy here, loves to sit on the arm of my overstuffed chair and watch me read or watch TV, but he does NOT like to be held --- to many years of fending for himself I suppose.

My son has a cat and so do my daughter. All our cats were adopted from our local animal shelter.

Sorry, I grew up with cat's and know they're evil. My sister became a crazy cat woman and totally DESTROYED what was my grandparents house with them.
I say anytime you take an animal into your home that you are responsible for removing that animals wastes it can't be good.
I have enough respect for others that I can tolerate their cat(s) but I will not handle or have anything to do with cat boxes. It's so toxic that pregnant women and small children aren't even supposed to be around it or breathe it!

Cat boxes? As in litter trays? Well, they can be cleaned, some of them are concealed. If everything is done properly, there ain't no harm to anyone.

The last time, my cats used the litter tray is over a year ago. We had lots of snow, and they were afraid to go out.

I love my fur babies ❤ my male loves waking me by climbing my legs. I was blessed to have gotten them.
