People hundreds of miles apart claimed to have seen a green fireball shooting across the California sky on Tuesday night.
Like a bright green flash, the mysterious sight was seen around 10 p.m.
Footage captured on the dash cam of a car in Los Angeles around that time shows the object falling through the night sky towards the ground.
U.S. Strategic Command told CBS that the object does not appear to be man-made, like a firework or projectile, however it was not a tracked satellite in their database, the agency said.

What is that? A giant green fireball streaked across the skies of Southern California Tuesday night

Dr. Krupp at the Griffith Observatory says they are also at a loss to explain what the object was exactly.

The green streak lit up social media as well as the sky, with many conjecturing it to be an asteroid.

In a statement released to City News Service, U.S. Navy Lt. Laura Stegherr of the U.S. Strategic Command said: 'After investigation, U.S. Strategic Command's Functional Component Command for Space … concluded that the information provided does not correlate to any of the more than 16,000 on- orbit cataloged objects tracked and listed in USSTRATOM's Satellite Catalog and the publicly available website www.space-Track.org.

The statement concluded: 'Therefore, we have determined that the reentry of a man man-made object did not occur at this time.'

Pundits say, however, that it was likely a meteor.

CBS reported that the object was visible from the Mexican border to the northern part of Ventura County, just north of Los Angeles.

A similar sight occurred in 2013 when a meteor shower lit up in the sky.

According to Breitbart News, offshore missile tests by the U.S. military caused quite a show in the skies last year, which could be seen across several states.

Also last year, bright lights that were seen in the sky above Las Vegas had many saying it were a UFO sighting.

Experts said it was likely a meteor shower that had broken or space junk.

However it was eventually reported that it was debris from a Russian rocket re-entering the atmosphere.

That is more probable than a UFO.
I am sure Kim Jong Un, views his missiles as phallic symbols.
