What I am surprised about is
Where is her auto tow insurance package.

I also know up here if you call for a tow it is paid upfront
before they hook your car up.
That is just a fact.

Well unless it is different in that state Insurance is mandatory and if this guy was really an *** he could have reported her and didn't.. And Hell he went so far as to call someone else to come get her..

I am not saying he did anything wrong except maybe hook her up before payment.

I also still think there is more to this story that what is stated. I would love to hear the tow truck drivers side I bet there is a lot missing here.
