It’s been nearly 20 years since her last breastfeeding, but Jennifer Mulford decided it was time to get back in the game. This time with her 36-year-old high school sweetheart, Brad Leeson.
Mulford told The Sun that she had to quit her bartending job in order to support her ABR (Adult Breastfeeding Relationship) with her dude. Because her body is not naturally lactating, she “dry feeds” him (ack, sorry) every two hours to induce lactation. If he’s not around, she pumps her breasts, presumably into bottles for consumption at a later time.
“Nights have been a struggle because Brad sleeps so peacefully but we manage to cope – until he falls asleep latched onto me, which is beautiful,” she admitted.

Mulford says that although she is super proud and excited about her ABR status, she draws the line at breastfeeding in public. Which, thank god, because although we’re usually all for public breastfeeding, in this case NOPE NOPE NOPE.

Leeson loves it because “He is a real alpha male but behind closed doors this relationship lets him put his guard down, be submissive and allow himself to be loved 100 per cent,” which makes me feel like there is a serious Oedipal issue at play here, but what do I know about adult breastfeeding, anyway? Literally nothing.

He also thinks breast milk has some great nutritional benefits that are sure to maximize his gym efficiency. Verdict’s out on how advantageous/hygienic pumping and/or drinking breast milk is when you are an adult without infant children, but people have done crazier **** in the name of health.
Also, in case you were wondering, ABR is simultaneously a sexual and an emotional thing, raising the question of how and when you decide what’s what. Mulford herself has trouble figuring it out— “Although it’s so beautiful and peaceful it’s also erotic. It’s been hard to get through the first few nursing sessions without being tempted to have sex, but each time it’s getting easier.” Yeah man, I can imagine. We all have trouble figuring out whether our boyfriends are hungry or just feeling clingy.
The couple does not plan on giving their lifestyle up anytime soon.
“This is a lifestyle we have chosen. We look forward to years from now still needing and wanting each other. I can come home from a very stressful day and seconds after Brad latching on I feel a sense of peace and calm. For that time I feel like we become one. I have yet to feel anything more comforting.
“It’s a bond that no one can come between.”
I don’t think it’s a bond anyone was trying to ever come between, guys, but I appreciate your exclusivity anyway.
