Nobody forces you to vote on a bill that you don't like, so far that's the only freedom we have, but yeah, equal rights do kill small business. I'm a disabled Russian adult, and I can't find proper job due to the affirmative action. Now,. I don't worry about myself much, since I luckily was managed to get a certificate, but all of my friends that have either autism or Down Syndrome suffer to get a job because the blacks and Hispanics occupy them!
It's insanity to believe a body of millionaire former state legislator, lawyers and former CEO elites have any clue as to how their actions affect anyone below their pay grade. They don't fraternize, probably don't know anyone, or care to, that occupies those ranks of existence.
We have the right to lobby congress for a redress of grievances, but we of course are at the back of the line behind those who lobby for the large unions and corporations with deep pockets.
Our representatives, it has been shown, spend more than 40% or more of their time in office fundraising for themselves and the party coffers asking for donations to their various campaigns for re-election. Their time on the floor for debates or voting on bills before them is scheduled around their time mandated for those campaign donation calls. Most don't, or can't due to time available to them, read most of those bills before voting on them, ceding their votes to the wills of senior party officials or heads of committee telling them which way to vote.... in other words, those influenced and lobbied most in their party.
It has gotten to the point that the unions and large corporations are the ones writing the laws, and small business and the middle class, the backbone of American jobs and households, are the ones paying the price for this crony capitalist corruption.
The Clintons have perfected this "pay to play" political money tree, but DC is the epitome and birthplace of it! It is the office complex of the "Corporation of the United States"... a nation within a nation... a nation state.... with its own laws.

It is no wonder our Constitution and its protections of the people under the Bill Of Rights means so little to them.
