Waffle House

No waffles
Two eggs over easy (waitress always hollers out 'over Medium'...maybe its a health code thing or maybe she knows the cook REALLY well, idk)
Hash browns scattered, covered, and chunked
Bacon
OJ and ice water on the side

this morning it was a cold poptart and coffee
and more coffee

and I might have some more coffee

favorite breakfast if I am not doing cooking?

scrambled eggs, piece fried ham
hashbrowns extra crispy with onions

so much grease from the bacon that I fried..I sliced some potatoes and fried them in that grease.. then an egg on a toasted cheese bun,that was spread with strawberry jam..
whew.. heavy. should be good for most of the day!

Put some southern food in another post but didn't want to overendulge it . ( left out some things ) sounds like the southern cookbook is far and wide . :thumbsup:
