SAP and Top Secret are not Marked CLASSIFIED. People who have access to these programs KNOW they are classified just by their nature.

Very few in government, even Congressmen, can't see these emails yet they were kept on a server that didn't even have the protection level as Gmail according to Director Comey.

the FBI press release announced that out of those she didnt release when she initially ran( what hates call deleted or imply were hidden)
