It's a thing of beauty.

May sound silly but when I first opened my eyes and saw the inside of my room and knew I had woke up to another beautiful day.

There is a lot of smoke in the area, for the last few days from wildfires, but while I was in town today, I saw many flowers still all over. There are still bright orange, yellow and purple flowers and I think they are beautiful. It is still Summer.

Well.. I did look in the mirror this morning while getting ready..lol..heehee

The little kid at the bus stop who wouldn't let go of his dad, I feel sad for him because he really doesn't want to go to school but I just love to see children looking to their parents for protection and seeing parents being kind and gentle. Btw, I like this topic, it's nice to find one beautiful thing as simple as it may be to ponder on or just give you a smile

Saw a friend of mine today all glowing and happy from all the wonderful things happening in her life.. That was beautiful to behold

my affectionate lovely whippet who sleeps beside me each night and woke me up each morning tickling my ear...pure joy

I watched the sunrise this morning and it was truly splendid.
Also, I get the pleasure of waking up my two children for school and telling them that I love them each day. It may sound simple or cheesy to some but I don't take it for granted. Life is short and can be swept away in an instant. I prefer not to waste precious moments that I have left.
