The 1st act is to come for the guns (like they did during Katrina) and anything they consider to be "offensive or extra" that anyone has stock piled.

Of course that's after they have taken control of communications, food, water, fuel, transportation and anything else essential to survival.... to control the masses.

No more need for sports, the Kardashians, or reality TV. Their job is over!

BTW..... ya gotta love the opening minutes of the movie as our POTUS speaks to his agenda.....
