I was wondering if there was a way I could look at a previous conversation with a member who deactivated their account cause I got a new phone and lost her phone number

Not unless you are on your old account and the conversation is still in your e-mails.. If not then no all e-mails roll off after 3 months for all...

No way to retrieve..
