It goes thru using psyops technology that would need Obama's approval to work. One of the senarios is called operation FireSign. A psyop that would display on a layer of atmosphere 100k feet high. An "alien invastion on election day". Designed to keep voters home.

I can't follow your logic. Trump complained that the Republican Party was cheating him during the primaries. Now he is pretending in advance, that the entire United States will cheat him in the Election itself, and that he will only accept the results if he wins.
The fact that both parties handled the primaries they way that both parties have done since the invention of politics has nothing to do with either of those complaints from Trump.
Perhaps you are one of the many people who ignore the transgressions of people you already like, while holding anyone you already don't like, to a higher standard. That's your prerogative. But it also means you aren't making a rational choice, just an emotional one, which ignores facts.
