Well, it doesn't really say that, though. It says that infertility is a disability. Not the inability to find a sex partner.

Then I'm twice disabled drinks To me 200% disability benefits... Oh no wait.
I got it now.
They're actually talking about WOMEN being disabled for... whatever happens to be convenient at any given time.
Now THAT doesn't surprise me one bit.
They been inventing imaginary conditions to pass women for Victims for decades.
I don't see why that should change now.

But of course!
The pool of men able to pay child support and alimony is shrinking by the months ( Divorced men are broke or have decided to evade ) and the others will be damned if they're going to sign a Government's Marriage Contract so what to do? How to put other people's money in the pockets of women so they can buy all that useless crap?
Invent yet anothe disability.
