Arnold Schwarzenegger may be an action hero and a bodybuilding champion, but he still struggles with self-image.

“When I look in the mirror, I throw up,” The New Celebrity Apprentice boss, 69, says in the February issue of Cigar Aficionado. “And I was already so critical of myself, even when I was in top physical shape. I’d look in the mirror after I won one Mr. Olympia after another and think, ‘How did this pile of s*** win?’ ”

no one really knows what the mind of another says about themselves

that is why we should try to say either positive things or neutral
thing when speaking of ones internal character

this is not saying you should candy coat their bad actions

example hey you should not have screwed around on your wife with the maid (not an attack on the person but is attacking the act)

example 2 you no good man whxre you are a worthless piece of crap for doing it with the maid while married to your wife (that is attacking the person not the action)

but hey what do i know

His bad self image is probably what made him the greatest bodybuilder that he became. What he saw was never good enough. That, and the steroids.

This is another one of those "yeah, so?" things, as far as I'm concerned. Most people don't look in the mirror and think they see the best looking person on the planet. The ones who do, have their own category: narcissists.

What you DO about the fact that you don't like the way you look, shows what kind of character you have. If your reaction is to spend your whole life screwing around with others, trying to tally up a sense of approval, you wont win any sympathy or support from me.
