R.I.P. George Michael. Yours was a troubled life, but anyone who could create a song like this, Careless Whisper, at the age of 17 should be remembered fondly.

Although I wasn't a fan he did some powerful songs and his brilliance was clear to see. Also had an amazing voice.

Was surprised when I read that George Michael had passed.

Most didn't care for the song "Last Christmas"- Wham, I liked it along with a few other of his songs.

At one time he had the most provocative video on MTV.
