how do you stop push notificstions through email??

On the main Mingle2 website, reset your mail settings here
https://mingle2.com/inbox/mail_settings
Mail >>> Mail Settings
-- uncheck " Notify me by email of new messages and my latest matches at Mingle2 (recommended)"
-- then click Update Settings


If you are using the mobile app,
- click Menu on the top left of your screen
- click Settings
- click Notifications
--- makes your changes
and don't forget to hit Update Settings
