It is absolutely sickening how you treat your employees. This is an all time disgusting low on your part. You are barely human. And, the weak managers you put under you, so you can micro manage them, is ridiculous. You said you feel like a failure for not being able to change the negative culture of the work environment and you actually should because it starts with you.
