Well, I agree and I disagree. Maybe it would be more accurate to point out that "average Joe" selected, empowered, and armed the two characters who are now shooting holes through him. Maybe not the EXACT one in the picture, but this IS a republic, after all.

Both sides didn't start the shooting. The other side is just now firing back.
What we are seeing now is a response from those that have seen the Constitution trampled in a mean spirited way. Obama himself called the Republicans "the enemy". No partisanship there. For the last 8 years that's all it has been.
So now it's both sides? Ok.

I certainly hope you are not trying to use the childhood "yeah, but he did it first, mom!" argument.

I don't know about you, but MY mother never let anyone get away with that nonsense, and I don't have any friends who's mom allowed it either.

Whenever someone starts I have seen the Constitution trampled, I wonder if they even have taken the time to read the Constitution. In fact conservative are the worse. They do not understand that those nasty progressive judges through the 14 amendment due process clause made binding upon the state the bill of rights.
