Friends are Forever..

Just thinking of mine....

my neighbour Jane. We live on the same floor. She is always out and about and if not, she sits in the lobby of our building noticing everything and everybody. Some people would say she is the town gossip and I tend to agree. But if she doesn't see me for a few days, the next time she sees me, she will yell ...

"I have not seen you for a long time... I thought you were DEAD!"

She cared if I was dead or not dead. That's what friends are for. Friends care if you are dead or not dead.

What about you? What are friends to you?

if those friends would give you an alibi if you were a suspect to a murder, then yes :D

I wonder how the explaining of the alibi may be, .

My friends are those who know all of me and love me anyway.

They've been with me in my darker moments and vice versa.
They encourage my dreams and call me on my BS when necessary

My friends are hard to describe because most of them are so different I tend not co-mingle them.

I enjoy whatever it is they bring to friendship with me hobby, life experience, just having fun, confidant, or even mentor.

I tend not to expect one person to fill more than one role. And I don't get real caught up in the job performance. Takes a lot of the stress off being My friend.

Friends are hard to find but lucky to have
