God i dont want perfection i only need what you think i truly need for me because i do understand that i will not always get what i want. i take comfort in knowing that you will give me what i deserve

I will play in your delusion:

I am but a mortal man. How could I know the mind of God. I will not try to tell God what I want, but humbly accept the path He chooses for me.

with that said, back to the harsh reality.

I'm not putting down those who believe but one minute people say god has chosen your path then they say your destiny is of your own making?
Looks to me like if things go well its gods input, if it goes wrong then it's your own fault?

Just 2 or 3 words about:
- You believe in GOD or not
-You are not perfect
-You decide what to do in your life at any time

...think about it. That's it

I put my life in your hands oh Lord, I trust you. You know the desires of my heart and I am confident that you have a plan for me. My faith is strong , in your time I believe you have a special someone in store for me. I will patiently wait oh God for my heart will rest in peace with the comforts of your love and grace

It is not an easy path or an easy subject

I usually use the analogy of a mortal Father and the biological family unit to help me understand.

In this case, it is if my dad gives me a fund of 250000 and directions on where to invest it

If I follow his directions and that investment profits greatly, it is thanks to his input

If I go my own way and blow that money,, its my own fault,,,

He gives us the tools and the directions and the CHOICE to follow them and profit or go our own way and accept our own consequences,,,

Yes dolphin, but I've seen so many religious people on here when talking about poor people or bad people say it's down to them, so has god given them a rubbish plan and the better plans to those better off?

Everything happens for a reason, to teach us a lesson, to seek God and his righteousness . We all have a freedom to choose, sometimes we get lost along the way due to our selfishness and being stubborn. We suffer from the consequences of wrong choices we make in our lives. But I must say being rich does not necessarily follow that you have a better life. Whether rich or poor happiness, love and contentment live in our hearts when we totally surrender ourselves to God's hand . In God's love we take refuge and comfort, no more pain and suffering. We seek the things of God rather than the things of the world. Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these. things shall be added unto you.
