It is bad how people use a situation like a funeral to strike up anti police feeling.

People are still not comfortable with police getting off with crimes they do and even if someone has to turn in a video or report on a national network ... still get away with it ... This is just repulsive to me that some police go free... this wasn't going to be reported on but listen to the tape ... and one reason why innocent cops...

Has nothing to do with this officer assassinated. Yes there are bad cops. But this is about a good one being murdered

I understand what your saying ... and I believe that innocent cops are being killed ... becouse of what is happening with the system ... that is broken in the first place ... I am not saying it is justified but others may think it is ... and this is not the first innocent officer to be killed like this ...

judging by past decades , not much will change but the weapons

those in authority will continue to protect those in authority and make sure there are tools and policies that cover them,,,in the largest majority of cases


those who would kill , with or without a badge, will continue to find ways and reasons for doing so...

I am working in NYC now, this guy was tracked down about 2 bocks from the assassination.. and shot dead by the other cops.. as he should have been. officially he pulled a gun on them.. unofficially.. they just shot him dead.. again, rightfully so.

I saw the precession of cop cars on the FDR highway.. had to be 100 of them.

Funny thing about NYC.. it is a huge city.. but a prison if you shoot a cop... ya ain't getting out.

She was a mother of 3.. worked with disadvantaged people before becoming a cop
