Its the motion of Earth that gives that impression!
What you observed is depending on the Seasons,one of the reasons why Summer has longer days!

the sun is now replaced by a sun simulator as the real sun is now in a dead cycle which means theres no ionisphere,its entering a dark ages like state which is why the whole world is experiancing such bizzarre solar events and massive previously unseen weather devastation.
