Tat, the sun is out and Harvey is bothering other states now

That's good news moe, for you all in Texas I mean. Hopefully now the flooding will dissipate.
naw, it will get worse for a few days, they had to open some dams...

Harvey needs to go away.... it is only causing more issues in Louisiana they don't need this either.. noway

As far as the story above on Ken Storey, he received his instant Karma when he lost his job~~~ Talking about Karma biting quick...

It is sad with all the hate we have in this world and all the looters, that the ones rescuing others are having to deal with...

Ah, that makes sense. Kind of like the lesser of two evils.

It would be nice if this storm would just fizzle out.

the rain has stopped here, but they are opening dams now , so tell your friend to keep a close eye, most of the rivers/bayou are expected to crest at 60 feet above normal...

Ohhh I'm sure this is from the dams being opened... So far it is only on the streets so hopefully it will not rise much... She has lived in Houston for a while so far has never been flooded.. So all should be good for her...

My heart goes out to all of those dealing with all this it's so sad..

not sure, I only saw flooding on monday, where I'm at, just West of downtown, and that was the drains couldn't handle all the water... but I'm not near any waterways, that's where the real flooding is happening.. they have also reopened 45, saying the flooding there is over
