no. in this 'job' their 'job' is not about making people money, so stricter rules can apply and I imagine, clearer contracts are written up and signed.
Their "job" is to play football. That is what ticket holders and sponsors pay them for
their job is whatever their contract calls for, which is not just about 'playing football', or they would not have a pregame ritual that is about pledging allegiance, THAT is not football, that is politics.
